To conduct a speed and reaction test:

1. Hold the phone vertically.
2. Select round duration.
3. Tap "Start".
4. Upon hearing the signal, strike swiftly and continuously until the round ends. Strikes can be straight, lateral, or uppercut.

Upon completion, the test offers insights into:
